At Moscow Beauty Cosmetics, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any cosmetic products once opened or used.
Returns
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped
To request a return, please email info@moscowglow.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Items not in original packaging
- Products purchased on sale or promotion
- Items returned after 7 days from delivery
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or sent in error.
